Read Me

Bandersnatch by Erika Morrison 51VoISDgfQL._SX326_BO1,204,203,200_-An invitation to explore your unconventional soul.

I bought this book a couple times a few different ways before I was halfway through reading it. First I got the kindle version and then I bought a paperback for myself and one to give away.  I find myself reading sections out loud to my friends and recommending it often

My friend Erika‘s remarkable book touches on many different things she’s learned by “crossing over” words and ideas into Christ with the Holy Spirit’s guidance. Which reveal whole new meanings for words like Grace and Alchemy. She talks about breaking out of human made systems and recovering our individual amazing designs. Erika carries and expresses the essence of her LIFE in such a full and unique way. And I’ve had the privilege to bear witness to this about her, which makes reading her wise and wonder-filled prose such a treat.

From her website: “It is organized around four terms viewed through the life of Jesus: Avant-Garde, Alchemy, Anthropology, and Art. Each expression reveals a diverse facet of God’s unorthodox creativity planted within us, provides a fresh look at the divine nature, and offers a reframed collection of definitions by which to live.

Erika Morrison gives us permission to break free from the expectations and labels that cramp our souls. Then, through the lens of singularity, she encourages her readers to cultivate artful, holistic, contributing lives that matter to both heaven and earth.
